Now the time has finally come: The accreditation of InterCert GmbH - Group of MTIC - under ISO 17065 has been extended on 17.03.2023 by the German Accreditation Body under the number D-ZE-16012-01-03 to include the standard GZQG-2.3-2021.

One of the central requirements of the State Treaty on Gaming 2021, which came into force on 01.07.2021, was certification according to a recognised standard by an accredited and independent certification body.

Since 2014, InterCert GmbH has been offering scientifically sound certifications of commercial gambling in Germany. The standard used for this purpose (GZQG-2.3-2021) was already recognised for accreditation by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) in April 2022.

This means that we can issue the certificates of the current certification procedures under GZQG-2.3-2021, i.e. in all cases in which the corresponding audit has been carried out completely and successfully and the contract documents are complete, on 21.03.2023. The certificates are valid for 2 years from this date!

The certificate will be sent within the next few days. Information on any further components of your certification cycle that may be required (e.g. monitoring in accordance with federal laws) will be sent to you separately.
