Management System

A Management System is a set of rules and procedures, defined in an internationally recognized standard, that an organization can apply in order to achieve defined objectives such as, for example, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of performance.

The Certification of Management Systems is the recognition of the entrepreneurial skills of a company, which has been able to optimize its organization by equipping itself with efficient management, appropriate structures and appropriate skills, but it is also a guarantee of reliability for customers, suppliers, employees and contractors, the more valid the more prestigious is the body that issued the Certification.

Certification bodies, thanks to specific accreditations and international recognitions, offer a guarantee of absolute third party status and independence for the issue of System Certifications.

Testing

The activities of the laboratories are aimed at guaranteeing the quality and safety of the products and preventing and identifying any critical issues from the early stages of design and production to the placing on the market.

In the laboratories technical tests are carried out on components and finished products, in compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, ensuring maximum safety and compliance.

Inspection

Inspection activities are preparatory to the monitoring of the conformity of products, components and processes in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the rules and standards of reference, facilitating the organizations:

  • constant monitoring of the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes adopted;
  • maximising the quality of its work;
  • reducing risks and increasing competitiveness.

Certification

Certification is one of the tools that contributes most to making companies competitive in the market. Issued by an impartial third-party certification body, it certifies the conformity of a product, service or system to the regulations in force and makes it clear through the display of a quality mark.

  • A service to companies: certification and the relative mark may be compulsory or voluntary; in the European Union, some products considered particularly dangerous must obtain the CE mark in order to be marketed. In many other cases, however, compliance with a specific technical standard is a voluntary choice of the manufacturer: certification then becomes a key factor in increasing the competitiveness of the company and the possibility of growing in the market.
  • For the consumer: certification guarantees the quality of the product or service requested and its compliance with safety, performance and reliability specifications.
