MTIC InterCert is proud to announce that its Testing Laboratory has received official accreditation from ACCREDIA, the Italian national accreditation body. This new accreditation formally recognizes the laboratory’s competence to perform a wide range of fire-related testing for materials, furnishings, and construction products.
Accredited Testing Services
The MTIC-Lab is now accredited to perform tests in the following areas:
- Combustible materials: Reaction to fire using small flame tests, fire classification, and calorific value determination.
- Furnishing materials and upholstered furniture: Reaction to fire and small flame tests.
- Construction products and floors: Fire behaviour when exposed to a radiant heat source and direct flame, with reaction-to-fire classification.
All tests are performed in strict accordance with international standards (UNI, EN, ISO), ensuring reliable, precise, and internationally recognized results.
